University Education

Dr. Mullei began his college education at the University of Prague in 1961. He left Prague to join the University of Erlangen Nurnberg in 1962. He moved to the University of Munich in 1963 and left Munich in 1967 to join Howard University in Washington, D.C. where he received his Master of Arts degree in economics in 1969. He transferred to Northern Illinois University in 1970 where he obtained a Doctor of Philosophy degree in economics in 1973.  He was a Rockefeller Foundation Scholar from 1968 to 1973.
